A rare collector's piece is truly one-of-a-kind and extraordinary: like these beautiful Trapiche diamonds which are rare and desirable. The creation of a trapiche on a diamond or gemstone is a rare phenomenon. The Trapiche forms when geothermal water meets the diamond. The water contains chemicals that cause it to grow inside the diamond - this process is called seed formation. The seed formation within the diamond leads to the creation of a trapiche when it grows along smooth surfaces. A Trapiche appears in two ways: radiating star of inclusions appear from the center or spokes that radiate outward from the core (the latter is being featured today). The symmetry displayed by a trapiche is extremely rare.
