Orders equal to or more than USD 500
Purchase any one item or more over US$ 500 and we will ship it to for free by FedEx International Priority (selected countries - please refer table below) . Dynamic International provides fast and secured shipping to all our shipping destinations via Fedex or Speed post with insurance and tracking. Please refer the table below to see methods of shipping for your respective country of order. Orders will be shipped from our Hong Kong office.
Orders less than USD 500
For orders less than USD 500 there are three options :
1. Buy Now, Ship Later For Free :
With this option, you can buy for our items and get them shipped when your orders reach a total value of USD 500 or above (selected countries) . Until then, we can keep the goods with us. Simply select " Buy now, ship later" shipping option upon check out to proceed with this option.

U.S. Import Tariffs
At Dynamic International, our gemstones originate from Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Japan etc.
Therefore, import duties for our stones generally fall within the lower tariff range of approx 15%.
Dynamic International provides transparent customs documentation reflecting the correct country of origin to ensure customers are not overcharged on duties. But this is just an approximation at time of publishing & we do not hold responsibility fo exact charges. We would recommend to check with US FedEx and Customs for updated tariff.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
If you wish to pay your purchases in manageable instalments, we offer a instalment basis scheme.
Shipping of Goods: Goods will be shipped only after full payment has been received.
Payment Duration: The total duration of the installment plan shall not exceed one year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
Minimum monthly payment: The minimum monthly payment for the total purchase invoice under the installment plan shall be USD 150
Payment Date:
● The monthly subscription payment date shall be fixed between Dynamic International and the customer upon mutual agreement. Dates cannot be altered every month.
● If the customer wishes to get their goods shipped earlier, they have the option to pay off the remaining balance early.
How to enroll: Simply send us an email with the following information after which we will send you the payment link.
1. Links of the products you would like to purchase / Product SKU's
2. Amount you would like to pay per month (must not be below 150 USD)
3. Your full name and shipping address
4. Your preferred monthly payment date
Items are not reserved until the first installment payment has been received. While we do our best to respond promptly to all inquiries within 24 hours, products remain available for purchase on our website. In rare cases, if an item is purchased by another customer before your payment is processed, we sincerely appreciate your understanding

● Packs all items with care for the safety of the items.
● Uses FedEx and Speediest in order to deliver valuable packages in the quickest & safest manner. Please refer the table above for further information.
Delivery Status
● Fedex - Ships out between 3-5 business days after receiving final payment for the order.
● Register post- Ships out between 1-2 weeks after receiving final payment for the order.
Disallows delivery to P.O. boxes. Therefore, a proper shipping address, telephone number, and name of receiver must be provided before the sale is complete.
Additional Info about Shipping
There are no hidden fees or additional expenses that will be added onto the cost of the item (loose diamond or gemstone) at any point. However, Dynamic International recommends that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. Dynamic International will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s country. All the shipments would be made from Hong Kong.
Please note that Dynamic International offers complimentary shipping worldwide – to most countries. However, there are some countries where local restrictions prohibit the import of diamonds and other high value items and/or additional costs may apply. If your country is not listed on our shipping chart, we can ship your order to relatives or friends in any of the countries we do serve, and you may collect it from them.
Dynamic International will not be held accountable for any shipping delays. However, all sales representatives will do whatever necessary to help rectify the problems in order to ensure a quick and easy delivery.
The free international shipping is from the Dynamic International to the address provided by the customer. Dynamic International will not be responsible in the event that a shipment is held/stored with a carrier or by customs. Furthermore, if fees are applied, the customer will be held responsible to pay the charge in order to have the shipment released. If for any reason, the shipment must be returned back to the Dynamic International's offices, the customer will be held liable for the cost of the returning shipment. In the event that a customer chooses not to complete a transaction, any fees applied for storage and returned shipment will be deducted from the refund issued for the order.

All deliveries are operating on schedule. However, there may be delays caused as a result of local regulations. We’re also taking additional precautions such as frequent handwashing, cleaning of equipment, and use of sanitizer before and after each delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and team members
