Shipping Policy

For your protection, Dynamic International always :

● Fully insures all items before shipping (Not applicable to Airmail).
● Packs all items with care for the safety of the items.
● Uses FedEx, registered post, and normal post services for all orders, in order to deliver valuable packages in the quickest & safest manner. Please refer the table above for further information.

Delivery Status

● Fedex - Ships out between 3-5 business days after receiving final payment for the order.
● Register post- Ships out between 1-2 weeks after receiving final payment for the order.
● Normal Post - Ships out between 4-5 weeks after receiving final payment for the order.

Disallows delivery to P.O. boxes. Therefore, a proper shipping address, telephone number, and name of receiver must be provided before the sale is complete.

Additional Info about Shipping

There are no hidden fees or additional expenses that will be added onto the cost of the item (loose diamond or gemstone) at any point. However, Dynamic International recommends that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. Dynamic International will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s country. All the shipments would be made from Hong Kong.

Please note that Dynamic International offers complimentary shipping worldwide – to most countries. However, there are some countries where local restrictions prohibit the import of diamonds and other high value items and/or additional costs may apply. Dynamic International will not be held accountable for any shipping delays. However, all sales representatives will do whatever necessary to help rectify the problems in order to ensure a quick and easy delivery.

The free international shipping is from the Dynamic International to the address provided by the customer. Dynamic International will not be responsible in the event that a shipment is held/stored with a carrier or by customs. Furthermore, if fees are applied, the customer will be held responsible to pay the charge in order to have the shipment released. If for any reason, the shipment must be returned back to the Dynamic International's offices, the customer will be held liable for the cost of the returning shipment. In the event that a customer chooses not to complete a transaction, any fees applied for storage and returned shipment will be deducted from the refund issued for the order.

Delivery Status due to COVID-19

All deliveries are operating on schedule. However, there may be delays caused as a result of local regulations. We’re also taking additional precautions such as frequent handwashing, cleaning of equipment, and use of sanitizer before and after each delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and team members
